Scope

The purpose of this guide is to provide the basic information about setting up a private law practice in the State of Georgia. While certain federal considerations are noted here, most of the relevant law and rules concern Georgia exclusively.

 

About the Author

The author of this website is David. Mr. Sistrunk is a third year law student at Georgia State University. After working in the corporate world for over 16 years, Mr. Sistrunk desires nothing more than to be his own boss and serve the legal community through private practice.
